Dr. Lawson’s passion is the health and wellness of her patients. She specializes in creating an exceptional patient experience. As the solo owner of an optometry office in two locations (downtown and eastlake) she has the unique ability to offer curated treatments and high end technology to the patient experience. This allows patients to have more accurate results and provides them with life-changing solutions to common and complex eye issues like dry eye syndrome.

Dr. Lawson resides in Seattle with her two children and husband. She frequently takes advantage of our proximity to the mountains to go skiing and adventuring in the wilderness.

LISA BURSETT, OD
Doctor of Optometry

Dr. Lisa Bursett is a second generation family optometrist, continuing the legacy her parents began in 1961. She earned her Doctor of Optometry at Pacific University in Oregon, receiving honors in clinical practice. Dr. Bursett has been uniquely able to build and maintain long-term relationships with her patients. Every patient spends their entire appointment in her care. She prides herself in a gentle bedside manner, and the ability to explain medical conditions in simple terms that patients can understand. Creating comfortable, spot-on eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions is one of her favorite parts of practice.

A Seattle native, Dr. Bursett loves being at home with her two daughters and husband, who is also a practicing optometrist in the Seattle area.

We would like to thank Dr. Bursett for her years of service. As her health has dictated she is now retired from practicing. We will fondly remember her through the legacy that is at the heart of our Eastlake office.
